Question 1: Why your empolyees have at least 5 years of making hats?
Answer: (1) Our empolyees basically have more than 5 years of work experience, and newly recruited empolyees need to participate in induction training and operation training, and only after passing the assessment can they stay. (2) Only in this way, our empolyees can control every production detail to ensure that you receive products with stable quality as scheduled, catch up iwth the delivery time you agreed with your customers, and provide your customers with finished products with stable quality.
Question 2: Can I require certification for RPET material and Organic cotton material?
Answer: Yes, if you order quantity is large, we could issue the GRS certificates with your company name for above materials. If the quantity is small, our material supplier will show you their certifiates.
Question 3: Can your materials of hats pass SGS test or Intertek test?
Answer: Yes. The fabrics and materials we use for hats and caps are top quality and environment friendly. Now our products for PIECES can pass SGS test. Our products for Disney can pass Intertek test.
Question 4: Can you source fabrics and materials for customers’ design?
Answer: Yes, we have plenty of fabrics and materials colors swatches on hand. We also have sourcing teams in Keqiao and Guangzhou to look for different materials when our customers send materials and hats sample. If you need, we would like to do FREE Fabric Sourcing for you and send you materials color swatches as request.
Question 5: Can I order custom hats with my own design & logo?
Answer: Definitely yes.
Question 6: Can I order a sample first before mass production? How can I place a sample order?
Answer: Surely you can order a sample first. And there will be some sample cost, charged based on your design & artwork. We will make the sample hats for you after payment received and take pictures for your reference once finished. If you want to see the actual sample cap, we can send the sample to you while freight cost is yours.
Question 7: How soon can I get a sample made? How can I make payment?
Answer: For simple design sample, it generally takes about 5~7 days to get samples made. While it will take a longer time for complicated design, digital print fabric, embossed logo, for example. Payment can be made through T/T or Western Union.
Question 8: How can I get my hats if I place the order to you?
Answer: That depends on the quantity your ordered. Normally,10 to 300 pieces, the hats will be shipped to you by express ( DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc ), DOOR To DOOR; 300 – 2000 pieces, mostly by express ( Door to Door )or by air ( Airport to Airport )2000 pieces above, generally by sea ( Sea Port to Sea Port)
Question 9: Why has MOQ for each design?
Answer: A. factories invested huge amounts to build a factory, they need big orders and big buyers to keep their factory operation in a good flow. B. factories also have to buy the parts and materials from the material suppliers. Sometimes, there is also MOQ requests from the material suppliers. C. Unlike the stockmarket where deals are made virtually in a flash of time, production of an order takes real time and space.
